Wendy's - New Port Richey

I frequently visit this restaurant for breakfast, as I am not a fan of their lunch or dinner options. The breakfast menu is reliable and perfect for when I am in a hurry. The restaurant is usually not crowded and the breakfast prices are still reasonable. $7 will get you a satisfying meal to start your day. The staff are laid-back and friendly, always providing great service. I have never been disappointed by the employees or management.

The restaurant is looking to pay very low wages to delivery drivers.

I am a regular customer at the drive-thru and today I received very disrespectful treatment for no apparent reason. I am always very polite to the staff, without fail. I usually order a large ice water and sometimes I am charged an extra $0.75. However, today, a white woman and a Hispanic young woman were incredibly rude to me and insisted that I pay $3.75 for the water. I will not be returning to this location, even though I come here for salads 3 or 4 times a week. The management should take responsibility for the behavior of these two individuals. I hope the owner sees this review and decides to let them go because mistreating paying customers in this manner is not acceptable. It is clear that they are unhappy in their roles.

I ordered the biggie bag and requested a small fry to add to the order. I decided I wanted to also try the new Parm Nuggets. She asked me if that was in place of the nuggets with the meal. I said no, i wanted to add a 6 piece with the meal. I get home and it was 4 parm nuggets that were floating in flavored water. It was disgusting. I was only able to eat half my sandwich before it was not sitting well. I had to call out of work the next day due to being so ill and not being able to hold anything down. Nothing like a bit of food poisoning on top of a screwed up order.

As expected. My husband loves Wendy's, so I come here quite often to grab him lunch. Food is always fresh, and the employees are always so kind.
