Smoothie King - New Port Richey

Half of the staff seem unsure about how to engage with customers, while the rest are fantastic.

I absolutely love the smoothies here—they're so fresh! The staff is fantastic: friendly, kind, and patient, especially when I'm unsure about what flavor I want. Plus, they have some great deals!

The quality has declined over the past two weeks. There's a lack of consistency, and everything seems watered down. It appears there may be new management, and the staff doesn't seem properly trained. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

I usually go to tropical smoothie, but I fell here to Tmobile and paid $10 for a big mango smoothie that was absolutely tasteless.

Absolutely love the smoothies and the history behind Smoothie King. Smoothie King is a great franchise. The service is always exceptional. I don't mean to be rude but these days it's hard finding young adults who have great work ethics, well informed, and well mannered.
