Hungry Howie's Pizza - New Port Richey

I called last December 7,2022 at 11:38 and made a delivery order the girl who took the order was rude then after I asked what I wanted to she said 40-50 minutes Then the restaurant closed and no one delivered me food, I guess she only made the conversation, but never put into the system and the fact that I paid with cash she probably didn't like me and wanted to get her call so I didn't get my food.

My husband went to pick up I order so that he didn't know what I ordered, I don't eat pizza, so I ordered a salad he didn't give, or the soda that was ordered, so I called and they were very rude that I had to go to bed with food.

I called 3 times at 1:30 to order 2 pizzas for my children. Someone picked up the phone and seemed to throw it down on the counter without a word. Three times in a row. I had a good service in this place before, but I have my business elsewhere.

For many years, they have been ordered from this place, making my favorite football sub-parts. I love her cinnamon bread with Icing. The staff is very friendly and fast to fulfill my orders. Thank you for everything you do!

Upon ordering my food it was told to me that I would have it between 30 to 45 minute wait, after an hour and 20 minutes the food finally arrived, however the delivery driver couldn't even wait for me to open the door as he threw my food on the ground in front of my door, I confronted him at his car about it and he saw absolutely nothing wrong with putting my food on the ground and on top of it the food was cold after all his time driving around! When I called the manager to complain, she did not even hear me out completely interrupting me telling me that she avoided it and the money we go back on my card and then hung up on me!! Extremely rude!!!! Being busy is no excuse for being rude or disrespectful!!!!!!!
