Firehouse Subs New Port Richey

I am admittedly hooked on their Hook Ladder sub! Very good quality food, friendly courteous staff, one of my favorite go to places for lunch.

Holy amazing! Now, my all time favorite sub is a Philly cheese steak however, the 1st one I ever had at Firehouse (17years ago) I was not impressed, at all....UNTIL NOW THAT IS..As I'm ordering my birthday lunch I see that they have a NEW philly so Idecide to give it a try. BY FAR,HANDS DOWN THE MOST AMAZING SUB I HAVE EVER HAD! JUST WOW!

Great place for subs ! Food is excellent and prices are acceptable. Service is very professional and quick. Love this place !

I Love Firehouse Subs...Expensive but good...However, I was disappointed in the staff on Sunday afternoon. I tried calling and was put on a 10 minute hold then hung up on..When I tried calling back to place my order, they would not answer the phone. Itwent to a Full mailbox...So, since I was going to get the sandwiches, thought to order in person...Pulled into the parking lot10 15 minutes later expecting to see the place crowded...Haha. Joke was on me..2 male employees screwing around, shooting thebreeze and not another person in site...Kinda chewed them a new 1 over the phone thing, placed my order and low and behold ayoung woman appeared...So 3 employees with hands so busy...they couldn't answer a phone.. and not another solearound Sandwiches were good, but they were out of pickles..Guess I'll have to stick with Jersey Mike's across the street.Management seems to know how to answer phones busy or not.
