Domino's Pizza - New Port Richey

Absolutely fantastic! The staff and manager were wonderful. Kudos to everyone involved. Our pizza was amazing—definitely a standout Hawaiian with a perfect thin crust.

I just received my order, and the pizza was delicious! However, the cinnamon twists were a bit disappointing as they had no toppings. On the bright side, the customer service was outstanding. They took great care of me and even added a credit to our account for the error. Thank you!

I understand it's a busy Friday night, but when they quoted a wait time of 45 minutes and it turned into over an hour and a half, I decided to call for an update. The employee—I've noted your name—hung up on me when I asked about my order status. I will be reporting this to corporate and will not be ordering from here again. Terrible service!

While I might spell her name incorrectly, I was really impressed by the manager there, Ceirra (at least that's what I think her name is). She remained calm during a hectic situation and stayed focused on managing the orders. When she received a call from a slightly upset customer who had mistakenly ordered one pizza instead of two, she handled it beautifully. Instead of assigning blame, she reassured the customer that they were expediting the order and offered an apology. Ceirra clearly possesses exceptional customer service skills and a talent for managing stressful situations. Perhaps this is part of why Domino's is improving its reputation. The pizza was excessively overcooked and burnt. When I brought this to the attention of an employee, she ignored me and walked away. I waited for her to return, but instead, I saw her making more pizzas for other customers without wearing gloves. When I requested to speak with the manager, she informed me that the manager wasn't present. I then asked for a refund, but instead of processing that, she charged me twice for the pizza. This shows a clear lack of respect for customers.
