My husband and I have tried Chinese food all over Pasco County, and I can confidently say this restaurant is the best in town! I always look forward to enjoying their food. You can't go wrong by choosing this place.

Best in Pasco/Pinellas County!!!!! After relocating to the Hudson area, my husband and I tried at least 20 different Chinese restaurants, and none met our expectations. Finally, we discovered The China Gate at the corner of Ridge and Moon Lake! At last, we found a restaurant that takes pride in their food, which is always consistently cooked and bursting with flavor! If you’re craving crispy honey chicken, this is the spot for you!!

Excellent experience! As newcomers to the area, this was our first visit to a Chinese takeout restaurant, and we were quite pleased! The Szechuan Wonton appetizer was even better than what I usually get at my go-to place in Clearwater (Wok Out); it had a delightful kick to it! Their menu features standard Chinese takeout options, but everything we tried was delicious! The beef was tender and well-balanced with the vegetables. We will definitely be returning! Plus, if you spend $20, you get free cheese rolls; $30 gets you free crab rangoon (which were fantastic); and $40 gets you free teriyaki chicken!

I ordered shrimp with vegetables and was very happy with the portion size, freshness, and flavor. The staff was friendly, making for a pleasant overall experience.

The Chinese food at this restaurant is really good. The staff is very accommodating, letting me order tofu (either fried or sautéed) and customize my meal with extra vegetables from their reasonably priced lunch menu. They are always friendly. While it may not be gourmet, it's definitely tasty considering the overall experience.
