Red Lobster New Philadelphia

We were quite disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. The cheese biscuits were unavailable because they had burned, and the baked potatoes were no bigger than golf balls. The salmon was tough and overcooked. We ended up spending over $80 on a meal that left us unsatisfied. Our waitress mentioned that these issues affected their service for the entire day. We used to consider Red Lobster our go-to restaurant in the New Philadelphia area, but we will definitely think twice before returning.

I was extremely disappointed on Sunday, February 24. We received our drinks and salad quickly, but after a long wait, our duck dishes arrived cold. To make matters worse, the people in the adjacent booth were loud and engaged in an explicit conversation about the birth of various farm animals. We won’t be coming back.

Our reservation went flawlessly. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially our waitress Nickole G. The food was excellent, and our overall experience exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the entire team!

Food and service was very good
