Penso's Pizza - New Philadelphia

Ordered pick up, 2 pizzas and a salad. I asked for a fork for the salad and they said they don't have forks. They eventually found one and it was covered in a brown film. I gave it back and they proceeded to tell me they never have anyone ask for silverware to take out.

I ordered a three-topping pizza, potato wedges, and cheese bread. The wedges and cheese bread were actually good, but the pizza was terrible. It was a soupy mess! When I lifted a slice, everything just slid right off. The crust was soggy and unappetizing. I called to complain, and they offered to send another one, but I declined. I had to put it in my oven and cook it for an additional ten minutes just to make it somewhat edible. I also asked for extra cheese since they don’t put much on by default, but even then, there was hardly any. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won’t be spending any more money there. I should have just ordered from Domino's instead! The pictures show what it looked like after I had to recut it and tear it apart to re-cook it. Just gross!

The pizza is decent, but I've only ordered from here a few times and probably won't return.

Best pizza in Philadelphia! Tonight we tried the thin crust for the first time, and it was incredible! The toppings were spot on, and the sauce ratio was perfect. So many places skimp on the best part of the pizza. Thank you for crafting such a high-quality pizza, as if you were going to enjoy it yourself. That's something you don't see often anymore. Thanks for a fantastic experience. You guys are amazing!
