The Mill Nola - New Orleans

Our waitress, Missy, was attentive and friendly. Most of us ordered the fried hen and waffles, and it was served hot. The waffles were sweet yet savory, quite possibly the best I’ve had recently. The mix of hot sauce and honey is my absolute favorite for a sweet and spicy kick; it’s just incredible! They don’t offer bottomless mimosas, but a bottle of Prosecco is around $28. We ordered four bottles for our table of six, and needless to say, we had a fantastic time! One of the highlights was when everyone in the dining room sang “Happy Birthday” (Stevie Wonder style) to one of the guests; it really created an amazing atmosphere. Make sure to take advantage of the photo op by The Mill NOLA marquee lights; it’s a must! Overall, it was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had.

Excellent service! The food was delicious and flavorful, especially the Mahi Salad and burgers. The fries were outstanding as well. Please note that you need to show your vaccination card.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, that's not an option. Let me begin by discussing the awful experience we had with the manager. He was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful during our visit. We had a party of about 20 people, each spending at least $40, and he made no effort to accommodate us. He seemed to have an attitude the entire time. I get that everyone has bad days, but when you're in a service role, it's essential to at least put on a friendly face and engage positively with customers.

Went for happy hour. Drinks and food were delicious! Friendly staff, really cool environment.
