The Kolache Kitchen - New Orleans

The kolaches tasted like cigarettes. The cold brew was just okay. Staff was friendly enough. Small place, no atmosphere. I want a decent kolache place in the city so bad but this isn't it.

I've been twice today! Amazing smoky sausage kolaches and the lady working was super nice. Maybe if you're nice enough and its toward the end of the day, she'll throw in an extra kolache (like she did for my buddy and I)

I had the sausage and cheese, ham and cheese, and sweet cheese filled kolaches. The cheese one was sooooo good. The other two were 90% bread and 10% filling unfortunately. I'll try the other things on the menu though. Will be returning

Lunch Shrimp tacos are worst in cbdI feel it is more of a breakfast place!10$ for 2 tacos that falls apart ?

Woke up before the rest of my buddies and saw this place was down the street from our AirBnb. Grabbed the Spicy Boudin Kolache and a egg/chorizo breakfast taco. The boudin was fine nothing crazy. But the taco was phenomenal. I've had breakfast tacos in Austin that did not match up to this thing. The menu is large and diverse and the service was great and quick. If youre are looking for a quick bite and want something besides gumbo, jumbalaya, or red beans then this a great change of pace.
