Taco Bell - New Orleans

I haven't been to Taco Bell in years because my order has never been right. The last time I went, I ordered a Bell Grande without beans and requested extra beef for the first time. They didn’t add the extra beef and blamed me for it. The second time, they actually included the extra beef, but then they skimped on the cheese. I paid almost $5.00 for the Bell Grande, so it shouldn't be that difficult to get it right. Because of that experience, I've decided not to return.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because my order was correct. However, the drive-thru microphone was so low that I could barely hear the cashier. When I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted; I only saw an extended hand waiting for my payment without being told my total. I understand that fast-food jobs can be tough at times, just like any job. A simple thank you and a smile can make a big difference.

The giant box of nachos is great for a group or for dinner for 2 as always the best late night stop order on the app and foods ready as soon as u pull up

I ordered the Chalupa Cravings Box, but it didn't come with the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito. Creating my order online shows that it comes with the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, but, by ordering inside, I had no way of knowing that it didn't include the burrito until after I paid and they gave me the receipt. I pointed this out to the manager and showed on my phone that the exact same order online for the exact same price does include it, but the manager said they cannot do anything since I already ordered inside.

Absolutely perfect!!! Even though we thought it would be a fairly long wait because of so many cars but it actually was really fast! The food was also amazing! I was very pleased and when I come back this way again, this place will be on my list!
