This restaurant boasts one of the prime locations in the city, making it ideal for tourists and locals alike. There is ample seating available both at the front and back. The baristas are quick and skillful, preparing drinks with ease. However, do keep in mind that parking can be challenging since it's situated in Downtown NOLA. Grab a seat and enjoy the lovely views!

I was a not looking forward to staying at this property after reading all the reviews, I even packed extra towels, etc. Well I can say that I had a great experience at this hotel. Check in was great sure you have to wait a bit sometimes but the staff did everything right. The room was clean, towels replaced daily if I wanted. The restaurant food was really good, the servers were so friendly and nice. It was crazy busy due to a conference so sometimes you had to wait a bit but that's too be expected. Miss Jackie who worked during the day at the lounge bar/restaurant was great and the night staff excellent. Security was awesome, no homeless in the hotel or even close to hotel for that matter. The staff at the FedEx office were so helpful. I didn't see anyone cleaning the main area surfaces elevator buttons, etc. but that's not to say it wasn't done. This hotel definitely surpassed my expectations and I would recommend this place. A special shout out to Kelvin Vance also in group bookings, so helpful and quick to reply to questions.

This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. We love this hotel. Front desk staff was very nice especially Diamond. Great location right next to everything. Walking distance to anywhere you want to go. Great views of downtown and The French Quarter
