Shake Shack Canal Place - New Orleans

Delicious and fresh burgers. Crinkle fries were excellent too.

My family and I were in NOLA for the 2022 Bayou Classic. My first time eating at the Shack and the place was packed, we ordered our food via the Kiosk. Our order to a while, but that was expected since it was a Friday night. Overall the food was good.

Crazy that I waited until I came to New Orleans to try this burger ? ? spot vs in Texas where I ser it almost everyday. But overall this is a pretty good smash burger and a great bun to go with it. Frys were ok. Definitely will try them again. If you like in and out you'll like these

First time soliciting this restaurant I was mistaken in using a menu kiosk wasting time ordering when I should had use a human cashier. After a long period of time I noticed there were more people waiting than eating in the dining area. When I received my hamburger and shake, I didn't realize that the burger was child size, however it didtaste delicious?. Minutes later I started to eat a warm burger when it should have been hot. The shake was warm rich tasting chocolate foam until I got to the end when it was finally cool. I thought with amount of workers that there would be efficient service and decent food. I doubt I will return back.

Typical fast food joint. Burgers are extremely good, fries need a little seasoning to stand out (they are pretty bland) and you feel as though you serve yourself with how much you need to do to order.Vegetarian options: Two burger choices, plant based meats
