Sake Cafe Uptown - New Orleans

The regular sushi rolls at this restaurant have been consistently shrinking in size and lacking in substance, all while their prices have increased. It's disappointing to pay $2 for a tiny roll that is mainly just rice.

My absolute favorite dish at this restaurant is the Spice Girl Roll.

This is the best sushi and gyoza I have ever tasted.

My friend and I had a wonderful dinner at Sake Cafe Uptown. The restaurant offers a terrace kitchen, a spacious bar area, a cozy interior, and seating at the sushi bar. We decided to sit inside and received excellent service from start to finish. We started with drinks - I chose a cocktail from their menu and my friend selected a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc from their well-curated wine list. We shared a delicious appetizer of ahi tuna and goat cheese, and enjoyed several of their special rolls for our main course. The food came out promptly and we even had a nice break before dessert. Everything was fantastic, the quality of the food was impressive. I highly recommend this place!

My mother and I absolutely adored Sake Cafe! The sushi rolls were fantastic. My mother tried the New Orleans roll and I had the Lava roll. They were fresh, beautifully presented, and the service was excellent! I highly recommend this place to all sushi lovers.
