Saint-germain - New Orleans

Great experience from beginning to end! the appetizers were a great premix to eat. five stars and we will be back!

This was our second visit and was even better than the first time that was amazing. the wine pairings were innovatiw and accentuates the menu perfectly. will come back!

We were in town and wanted to celebrate my and my mother's birthdays. Saint-Germain has surpassed our expectations. wonderful eating, service ambiente and all the experiences. when we find ourselves in nola, we'll come back.

Best restaurant in new orleans, maybe throughout the country. the best I've ever done. you deserve to write a feature on chef’s table or at least a big national, but selfish I am glad that all others have not found it so that I can easily get reservations. I know I'm checking out Saint-Germain. chef trey dref, you're doing something great here.

I have been twice now and this place blew me away both times. The five course meal with the perfectly matched natural wines can’t be beat. I can easily say this is currently the best restaurant in New Orleans. It’s hard to get a reservation but if you do, be prepared to be amazed. The food and the staff make this place excellent.
