Red Door - New Orleans

The Red Door is a authentic bar with a shotgun layout, featuring a long bar upon entry and a jukebox and pool table towards the back. The friendly bartender serves a diverse crowd from the midcity area.

Amanda was fantastic! She was a great server, and the food was amazing. I ordered the quail and mac and cheese waffles, as well as the Ahi Tuna warriors. Everything was delicious. The overall quality of the food was excellent.

When you walk into this bar, you often encounter a disgruntled bartender who seems eager to vent their frustrations. The only way to survive is to endure their wrath.

This is a great bar. I loved the service, it's a very comfortable environment, following all the new rules. City government is killing places like this, our home-grown, small businesses are getting the shaft right now so we locals MUST continue our support of them. Go have a good drink, or a few, with Ms. Kelly and her staff!

Abandoned rear bar with a billard table, poker machine and beautiful courtyard. they sometimes have eating pop-ups in the back and the music is always jamming. many regular at the weekend and most night industry people think after work for a nightcapsule.
