Rally's - New Orleans

Had to repeat our simple order at least 5 times to the same person before it was actually placed. The food was good but poorly packaged. Long wait.

Idk what y'all saying rallys is bussin it's so fast and good too.they use the other girl that sounds like Google because then the food is slow and can't get ur order correct

I am a shift manager and a general manager in training. After I placed my order at the box I was told to drive to the window for my total. I told someone I was in the car with their 1st mistake was not reading my order back to me. When I get to the windowthe employee did not know what I ordered but that person did not take my order neither. I had to reorder at the window. When Igot my receipt, it only had the overall total on it instead of the full breakdown. I pulled up and checked my food it was notreally put together well but it was ok looking. I also noticed I was missing BBQ sauce on my burger so I went back and said youall forgot the bbq and they just handed me a BBQ sauce packet. Wrong answer! I got home and ate the food and wish I never boughtit, and Rally's have the best fries, but that night not! So I wasted $21.10 because the food didn not taste like Rally'sespecially the fries that's a big upset! They were floppy instead of crispy. At least they said have a good day.

This was the best Rally's I've been to anywhere. It was late night so, it took longer than normal. But the employees were so nice and helpful the wait didn't matter. All the food was hot and fresh. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. Great job!!!!!
