I'd suggest they take the ice cream and milk shakes off the menu if its not served everyday or have a time it is served. Ive decided not to order anything when its not sold
I believe Rally's motto should be: "We only hire rude employees and don't guarantee your order, so keep your expectations low." Every time I get an order from Rally's, it's a surprise bag—you never know what random items they'll include. In my case, my fries were upside down in the bag, and I didn't even order fries! I was charged $7 for two burgers that were supposed to cost $4; I have no idea how that happened. The employee barely acknowledged me; she just tossed the bag at me when I said hello and only opened the window to hand me the order. It's ridiculous how rude these staff members are. They really shouldn't be in the customer service business or have contact with anyone at all.
I wouldn't send my dog to this location the lady that took my order was very rude and ignorant. I don't know if she was the manager or supervisor, once I got to the window and the cashier repeated the order it wasn't right and little miss ignorant started yelling at me and my husband like we were a couple of kids because she didn't take the order accurately and I told the cashier nevermind about the food I'll go somewhere else because I refuse to patronize an establishment with the customer service that I received.
Of all the fast food options in the area, unfortunately, Airline is the best, and that’s not saying much. The food took an eternity to arrive and, when it did, it wasn’t even hot. The fries were soggy, and the burger looked like it had been assembled by a three-year-old—honestly, I think a toddler could have done a better job. I ordered the Baconzilla, and let’s just say it was very lacking in bacon. There seemed to be more mayo smeared on the outside of the bun than on the inside. The sweet tea was unpleasant, and when I asked for a replacement, it was just as bad. Also, who wants to deal with a fully automated ordering system in the drive-thru? It couldn't answer any of my questions, and I ended up waiting even longer for a human to take my order. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.
The service was extremely slow, the fries were soggy, and there was only one lane operating. This establishment could really benefit from new management or even a health inspection to reconsider its operation. If it looks this unappealing on the outside, just imagine how it must be on the inside!
