Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I went to the restaurant with my two children, who have autism, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent; our drinks were served promptly, and everything was brought right to our table. The staff was very welcoming and even checked in to see if we needed anything. The food was fantastic—definitely a 5 out of 5!

The music was absolutely fantastic, the facility was clean, and the staff was great! I’ll be in town next time to visit my grandchildren! Excellent job all around! Food: 5/5

In my opinion, Cane’s needs to invest more time in training their employees. The food is not thoroughly cooked, and I can't quite understand why that is. This issue isn't limited to just this location; I've noticed it at other places as well. I've often been told that the food is prepared at a temperature that isn't appropriate, which leaves me questioning how well the chicken is actually cooked.

The eating was good for a pass but the whole time they sit in the lobby, the manager screams their associates and is very respectful for them. then the personal is annoyed and we have asked a question and they were rude and short with us. the manager had no respect for their customers and maybe she needs additional training.

They are always fast with our food, no matter how long the drive thru line is. They never get an order wrong, and always have a great attitude! Love going here!Kid-friendliness: Very professional workers with great attitudes and clean space.Parking: Good handful of parking spots.
