Piccola Gelateria - New Orleans

I absolutely adore this hidden gem! Without a doubt, it's the best gelato I've ever tasted. They are so inventive with their flavors, and I have so many favorites that I recommend trying them all—you really can't make a bad choice. My kids absolutely love the sorbets they offer. Although we don't live in New Orleans, visiting this place is a must every time we're in town. The customer service is exceptional; they treat every customer like family. The owners are incredibly kind and sweet.

What a fantastic place for delicious gelato and coffee! During our visit to New Orleans, I discovered this gem on Google Maps while hanging out with friends. The owners are incredibly friendly and radiate warmth and positivity. Best of all, their gelato is outstanding! I tried the cookies and black salted almond flavors, and they were delicious. My friend had the affogato, while the rest of our group ordered different coffee drinks, all of which they thoroughly enjoyed. Just a tip: you won't be able to spot it from Magazine Street; the entrance is located on Jena Street.

I've tasted gelato all over the world, and I can confidently say that Piccola Gelateria is among the best I've ever had. It's truly fantastic! Until now, I believed that only Buenos Aires had the finest gelato, but Piccola Gelateria has elevated New Orleans to that same level. It's evident that they use the highest quality and purest ingredients, not holding back on anything. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

This is the best gelato I've ever had, and the hosts are wonderful! It’s a fantastic place to unwind. I've visited with my husband and friends for a double date, and I've also come alone with my twin infants to nurse and let them nap. Ria and Ross are always incredibly attentive to us. I absolutely love coming here!
