Pho Tau Bay - New Orleans

The dining experience at this restaurant is excellent. We decided to have lunch here and were very impressed. It seems to be away from the tourist areas, so it was filled with locals or people from the nearby hospital. The food arrived quickly and was very delicious, with the roasted rice dish being our favorite. Definitely worth a visit.

We decided to visit this Vietnamese restaurant based on the positive recommendation on Google Maps. We ordered a large bowl of pho ga (chicken) but found it to be just decent chicken soup. The chicken was a bit dry and the noodles were not as authentic as we would have liked. Typically, pho dishes have thicker noodles. The flavor of the soup was average, nothing extraordinary. However, we were impressed by the exceptional service at this restaurant. The waitstaff was very polite, helpful, and attentive.

The dining experience was outstanding. I have never tried Vietnamese cuisine in Vietnam, but I have sampled it in various countries. I had a conversation with the owner, who mentioned that he was born in Vietnam and it is his first language (despite not looking Vietnamese). The restaurant is a family-run business that has maintained the same menu for 40 years. It may be a simple and unassuming place, but the food is excellent, authentic, and reasonably priced. The restaurant is popular among medical students and professionals due to its close proximity to Tulane University and the medical center. Overall, I highly recommend this local spot!

This place is delicious! I commanded by ubereats, and it hit the place. the food came on time, the portions were right, and the price was on place. They have a pretty decent Viet menu. the spring rolls were very good and filled with fresh crumbs. my main dish was the soy/garlic tofu with white rice and byhalat. the dressur of the by-law was very good. the tofu was filled with taste. I'm pretty sure the whole time I ate, I said mmm.

Great food, nice restaurant and good prices. You order and get the food delivered to your table, the Pho was good and the vermicelli salads were excellent
