Petite Rouge Cafe - New Orleans

I love the friendly atmosphere of this restaurant and the owner and staff were very sweet. The music playing was great as well. I had the Big 3 - clean, friendly service, and delicious coffee and tea. I highly recommend this place. Great experience!

Terrible service at this restaurant. The barista was incredibly rude, particularly towards me. I was the only person of color in the shop, and it was clear that the barista was racist as she ignored me and served the white customers first. She even rolled her eyes at me when I placed my order. Despite ordering before others, my drink was made last. On top of all that, the chai was not good at all. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The sound of the baristas' conversations reverberates throughout the spacious restaurant, making it less than ideal for those seeking a quiet atmosphere. However, the food and coffee served are adequate.

Stopped for coffee on our way to my daughter's Tulane visit and was pleasantly surprised. This cozy Cafe had all the usual coffee options but also filled the desires of my daughter who chooses vegan options. She is a Tulane commit and noted she plans to make this her Cafe of choice when she attends in the fall. I loved it too and my Americano was great!

First time there n loved it. Had a cafe au lair there n it was delicious. Nice place to hang out with friends are get some reading or work in. Met the owner/operator there n she is one cool chick! Staff was super nice n the place was clean n very laid back. Plenty of room n very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!!!
