Nole - New Orleans

The service was terrible and there were maybe 4 tables occupied. The food wasn't hot, nor was it good and nobody asked if we needed more drinks. Our waitress checked us once. The brave driver came into our car after smoking a cigarette and the whole car smells like smoke. Overall, we will never be back again. It was a great disappointment.

Beautiful restaurant, and I highly recommend going to Tuesday to get the special!

While the food was very good, the service was pretty bad. We had a reservation and did not sit for 30-40 minutes (it was busy but not full). Everything was very slow and we were not checked for much at all. Even the drinks took about 30 minutes. We were there about 3 hours. The manager always came to the table and made comments about making it us and acting as if we were waiting for something free for ours, but that never happened. We were also told that they were from certain things, then they saw them taken to other tables. The food was good, but not worth waiting and service.

It was horrible. They ran out of cheese. What kind of Mexican restaurant runs out of cheese. And the tortillas are a joke. My reservation was for 8:15. We had to wait 30 min to get a dirty table. The food was cold. it didn’t have a sizzle. And once again they Did NOT HAVE CHEESE. I feel bad for the waiter he was very nice and trying to make things better. The manager on the manager should not be managing. He needs training.

It was my first time there. I ordered the corn... 20 minutes pass by then the waitor comes and says they are out. So we order the jalepeno appetizer.... another 20 minutes pass, he comes back and says they are out of that too. So we order entrees. When those come out it basically was cheese and tortillas... there was no seafood at all in the enchiladas. Never going again.
