Contribuiți la feedbackI visit McDonald's quite often for breakfast, but I'm getting tired of ordering oatmeal with fruits and berries only to find that my oatmeal is either undercooked or missing the fruits and berries altogether. When I try to call to speak with a manager about my experience, the phone lines are disconnected! It's so frustrating!
Once again, I've had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I think I might have figured out a way to minimize my interaction with the staff to speed up the order process. I decided to place my order through the app and then drove to the drive-thru to provide them with the order code. Unfortunately, there was complete silence. Although I noticed people inside, including a guy taking out the trash who clearly saw me, nobody responded at the drive-thru. So, I drove up to the window, where I could see more people inside, but still no one came to assist me. I ended up wasting 15 minutes waiting there, and ultimately, I canceled my order. Now I’m just hoping for a refund. Who owns this franchise? It's clear that your employees are seriously dropping the ball here.
Take a look for yourself. They have increased the prices of everything by several dollars, but now they're serving these tiny, half-sized patties.
Had to wait almost a half hour just to order and on top of leaving out almost half the order, employees were rude and clearly cared less about any of the customers and the food we did get, sucked. I don't even eat at any of the local McDonald's here anymore, especially not any you're lucky to find that are open later than 10pm.
An occasional treat. OnLY go for hot nuggets and fries. It makes my soul happy. We they slip and give Luke warm or hard food. I am not a happy camper.
