Each dish was beautifully crafted by Executive Chef Michael Gulotta, with the perfect balance of spices and flavor. My favorite dish of the night which is a must order is the Blue Crab Dumplings. They are topped with a delicious coconut milk and mushroom sauce bringing SO much flavor to the dish. The service was wonderful and thevibe was perfect for a fun Friday night out!
The menu is undoubtedly unique, with a combination of native New Orleans cuisine enhanced by the chef's travels/experiences in Asia. You definitely cannot find the same pairing of tastes and textures elsewhere. Each course has an incredible balance of flavors rich sauces complimented by something tangy and fresh. The attention to detail, service attitude and knowledge, and creativity are top tier. It's a must go in NOLA for any food enthusiasts, I especially loved the bonemarrow appetizer.
What an INCREDIBLE restaurant!!!! I?m a solo traveller and was so excited to come here. Gutted that I could only order for 1 because I would?ve loved to try every dish! The food here is so unique and I loved the ingredients and combination of flavours. I?ve not eaten anything like this back home in London. The fried catfish was beautiful I rarely ever see catfish on a menu), and the sticky pork was out of this world. The bread is exceptional. @diningnotdashing)
Absolutely amazing food taste sensation! Also great service and ambiance. Highly recommend
Food was amazing! Server was very nice. The servings are not large, but enough to fill you up. One person in our party was unhappy with the amount of noise in the restaurant. (It's one of those square, hard-surfaced restaurants, you know? Overall, we had a wonderful time!
