Landry's Seafood House - New Orleans

I order this place all the time I guess y'all don't care if I do or don't but the lest time order y'all didn't secure my drinks and my food, but I don't want if I will order again, SMH love the food but the way y'all secure the food suck

We had a great time, eating was wonderful. we sat outside on the water, it was a nice night!

We dined there Saturday night with reservations. We chose to be seated outside to watch the sunset and because it is quieter outside. Anyway, the service was terrible. It was bad enough for me to find the manager. The service barely improved even after speaking with the manager, but to his credit, he bought our dessert. We dine at Landry's as often as we can. I only hope that they don't become just another average restaurant with crappy service. I expect better. We'll be back because the food still rules the day. Work on your outside seating game.

We shared the 6 oz filet and lobster tail and 2 stuffed shrimp. We also had a side salad and a HUGE order of fried zucchini for an appetizer. We ate outside to watch the sailboats on Lake Ponchartrain. It was a wonderful meal although I felt the lobster tail was pretty small. The steak was tender and the food was served hot and fresh with a small loaf of French bread. Our favorite part was the fried zucchini !!!! It was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Great place to eat. Our server was very efficient even though they were pretty busy and it took a little while for him to return with refills, etc .

From start to finish was horrible. The Host who greeted us was very dry looking like why are you'll here. The waitress was awful, NO SMILE, like she didn't want to be there. The older guy who brought us our food was very pleasant but the food wasn't hot at all. But the waitress didn't really check to see if we were ok,so we just ate a little and left. When she saw us leaving, she turned and went in another direction.. That was our WORST experience ever . And we visited Landry's quite often. But it will be a long time before we return.
