Cibo - New Orleans

It was my last evening in town, and after a tiring week, I decided to order food through DoorDash from my hotel. I didn't know anything about this restaurant and hadn’t read any reviews, so I took a chance. I'm really glad I did! I ordered the Carbonara and Bruschetta, and it was absolutely amazing! I had been craving Carbonara for years, and it completely satisfied my craving. I was a bit concerned that the bruschetta might become soggy during delivery, but they packaged it separately and perfectly. It was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and they even included a delicious little salad. I'm from Cincinnati, and I’m truly sad that I can’t have it again right now. This was one of the best unexpected finds of my trip. Thank you so much!

You absolutely have to try their meatballs! The food is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. I also love their outdoor seating. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

My husband was in the mood for prosciutto and bread, so I discovered Cibo and ordered a "dry" sandwich, just meat and vegetables. The prosciutto was so delicious that it didn't need any sauce, though I'm sure it’s fantastic with it! I also had a salad, and the dressing was incredible—tasted just like my Italian grandmother’s. The mozzarella was incredibly fresh. I would definitely visit this place again!

This bistro offers a delightful NYC deli vibe. It’s a classic Italian spot that really knows how to serve up generous portions. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and it was fantastic! There was so much food that we had plenty of leftovers to take home. You definitely need to check this place out!

It was my last night in town, I was at the hotel, exhausted from my week, so I decided to go to the door. I didn't know anything about this place and hadn't read reviews, so I went with blind trust. So glad I did it! I ordered the Carbonara and Bruschetta. It was INCREDIBLE! I had eaten Carbonara for years and it hit the place. I was worried that the Bruschetta would get soggy away from traveling, but they packed them apart and perfect. It was so fresh and tasteful, and a delicious little salad was included. I'm from Cincinnati, and really pretty sad I can't eat it now. One of the best random places on my trip. Thank you.
