Birds Nest Cafe - New Orleans

This is a fantastic stop. The building has historic charm, and the frappes are excellent. The atmosphere is lovely as well. I've visited several times while out biking.

This charming café is nestled among the bird-themed streets and lush parks of Lake Vista. They offer an extensive variety of coffee and tea options, along with a fantastic selection of both regular and gluten-free pastries. You’ll find tasty quick breakfast and lunch choices as well. It’s dog-friendly, with complimentary treats for your furry friends. There’s also an indoor playroom for kids and free WiFi. Additionally, the café has a conference room available and outdoor seating options.

The Bird's Nest Cafe offers excellent coffee in a welcoming neighborhood setting. They also feature pastries from Gracious Bakery and gluten-free options from Girls Gone Vegan. My wife particularly enjoys the grits too.

This place is amazing. The coffee is great, food is wonderful (I recommend the quinoa bowl), and the people are so sweet. There is art by local artists for your viewing and purchasing pleasure.

This little café was a nice surprise. They make a perfect espresso. They have gluten free options. You can sit outside.
