Contribuiți la feedbackWe booked this reservation to try something new before the U2 concert at the Superdome. The location was great. Just a short walk. We tried the shrimp remoulade, The andouille sausage appetizer, the crawfish and crab etouffe, the jambalaya pasta, and the veal alfredo. (There were 4 of us) Did not care for the shrimp obviously made with frozen shrimp, the etouffe was Just okay, and the veal medallions left much to be desired. The andouille sausage was fabulous, and my husband enjoyed the pasta jambalaya. At first the restaurant wasn't crowded and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, when it started to get busy, they ran out of steak, and service became forgotten. Overall it was okay.
They opened for a special event and were under-staffed. Menu looked appetizing, but after waiting 15+ minutes for a server, we left.
This is a great place to eat before an event at the Superdome as it is an easy walk from the restaurant to the dome. The food is excellent. Two people In my party had fish Salmon was excellent and the other fish dish had brown butter sauce which was crazy good. They had wonderful crawfish etouffee which has a bit of something in it that was just different enough to place their own signature on it. Really excellent! Another person had the panned veal with fettuccine alfredo which was very good, too. Highly recommend the deviled eggs with crab for an appetizer. Gumbo also wonderful! The service was ok, but they were very busy due to a dome event. I would definitely eat here again.
