Apollo Pizza - New Norfolk

I placed a delivery order and was told they where busy and it would be a MAXIMUM of 1 hour and 45 minutes. After 2 hours I rang to find out how long it will be, only to be told (we are just doing that now). Are you kidding? I could prepare the ingredients, double prove the dough and cook my own in this time. No mention of a discount just a shallow sorry, unfortunately that does no fill my or my children’s stomachs. Disappointed is a understatement!

I was told my pizza order would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 2 hours to arrive. When it finally got here, it was not what I ordered! I considered complaining, but I didn't want to wait another two hours for the correct order. There was no discount offered, and I definitely won’t be returning here.

I ordered a pizza for home delivery two hours ago, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. There has been no communication from the restaurant. This lengthy delivery time seems to be a recurring issue.
