Crispy Cod - New Mills

11 out of ten. my wife and i went here 2 years ago and we couldnt believe how good the fish and chips were. we have been to lots of chippys and this is in the top 3 of all time. no nonsense establishment. keep up the good service guys. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a traditional F&C shop this was a great find. The fish were cooked fresh and they looked super. The batter was lovely not too thick just perfect. We opted for a large fish and chips and, were not disappointed. The fish was huge and a marvellous portion of chips. The cost of the large portions was not unreasonable and so tasty when we ate them at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our F&C tea. There are other options for those that do not want fish. Staff were friendly and the shop bright and welcoming. Definitely one to use again when we want this traditional tea.
