The Iron Rail - New Milford

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and great people.

This was an easy one. The Mac and cheese was bomb, as well as the brussel sprouts. The rib eye had good flavor, just needed a touch of salt added. The staff that waited on us were great. They made the experience comfortable and casual. Andy was training Lauren, grab either when you come in and you'll be all set.

A new discovery. 10 minutes from the elephant flea market. A fantastic pub food restaurant. The train wreck burger good flavor, appears a bit small on the pretzel bun, but very filling. The fries are house made, fresh it seems. Lost a star on food for the brunch sandwich with horseradish sauce. The rise radish sauce wasn't pronounced enough on the palet. Everything else was good. Appetizers aware the artichoke dip recommended, good flavor and well textured. The pretzel Appetizer again, very good, nice flavor smoke cheese dip, good texture and salt on the pretzel. Decore is great. Wait staff friendly and Profesional. High recommend!

We had dinner at the Iron Rail in New Milford CT. We called ahead because we we bringing our wee little grandson in large stroller. They were ready for us when we arrived. We were seated in a spacious area away from the central hub of the restaurant. Our food was very, very good. And our waiter, (Andy? was excellent!!! He just got everything right and was friendly without trying to become our best friend. Nice place! We'll definitely go back again if we get the chance.

Love going to Iron Rail, especially for their happy hours. They have the coolest/nicest bartenders. Mixed drinks are creative and tasty. Great draught beer selection. Burgers are especially delicious.
