Sonic Drive-in - New Milford

This Sonic location is exceptionally disappointing. I've visited several Sonics, and this one is by far the worst. The cheeseburger and chicken we ordered were unappetizing, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. The service at the counter was poor, and both the bathrooms and dining area were dirty and unpleasant. I won't be returning. I'm astonished that a food establishment can operate under such conditions. I'll be contacting the town of New Milford, as I’m genuinely concerned someone might get sick dining here.

I give this place 5 stars just for the pup cup! The human food was great as well.

The food was just okay. The milkshake didn’t have as many mix-ins as the pictures suggested. We waited 15 minutes for our meals and another 5 minutes for our milkshakes. The ordering process was also quite inefficient, as we had to repeat ourselves multiple times.

Ordered a drink with fruit in it (cherry limeaid) and CONSTANTLY get handed drinks without Cherry or Lime. I have even added fruit to the drinks and have not gotten them. I have asked at the window you put the fruit in it right? and told yes. Only to find no fruit when I finihsed the drink or slush. This constant issue still needs to be fixed. Someone also need to talk to John/Jon about his attitude toward customers. He has been consistantly rude when I have gone through inside or outside. Acts like it takes so much time to help a customer.

Overall, the quality of Sonic's food is regarded as average. The burgers are juicy and tasty, although the fries may occasionally be on the soggy side. For those seeking a healthier alternative, the chicken sandwiches are a solid choice. Where Sonic truly excels is in their beverage selection. The slushies are thick and packed with flavor, while the milkshakes are crafted with real ice cream. Additionally, a variety of soda fountain drinks and fountain coffee is available. Service at Sonic is typically friendly and efficient. The drive-in format is convenient for customers in a hurry, but it’s worth noting that wait times can be quite long during busy periods.
