Panera Bread - New Milford

I go to Panera a lot.. went through the drive through to get 3 breakfast sandwiches and a pecan braid. The drive thru person wouldn?t or couldn?t get the order correct. Asked for a manager and he seemed to get the problem about one of the breakfastsandwiches fixed. They gave me a bag with my order and I get home and it?s wrong. One of the breakfast sandwiches was missingsausage and no pecan braid. Not happy.. maybe I?ll think twice about going to Panera as much as I do!

One of my favorites. Food is always good and quick to pick up. The best deal so far is the unlimited sips for $10 a month!

they never get my orders right. i just want my stepkids to love me and accept me, but every time i pick up food for dinner i get the wrong items. my family gives me the silent treatment, as if i was the one who messed up the order. please, i cant go throughanother divorce im begging you guys

The 2 stars are for the brand only so yummy! However my husband have complained to management and at their cooperate office about the mistakes at this location but, sadly little to nothing has changed. They miss items, give wrong items and then ask youto wait off to the side for your order so their (window waiting time doesn't go up). We have to go inside to makesure our orderis right witch completely makes the drive- thru use less. If you wanna play Russian roulette with your food then you're in theright place enjoy but I'm over it. They need new management.

Ordered full Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Got home and got 1/2 a sandwich (more like bread) but was charged for a full sandwich. For the side I asked for an apple which was missing too. Waste of money.
