Domino's Pizza - NEW MARKET

Over an hour for a single pizza delivery less than 4 miles from the store. Asking for a discount response of if it’s not there in 5 minutes call back.

The times I have ordered from here the food was good, but dealing with the rewards that gets the price to something reasonable is a giant pain and the rear and makes the whole experience awful. It 's impossible to get anyone on the phone, I just get stuck in automated phone hell and the online chat-bot sucks.

Theres been an issue every time I've ordered here, always cold or takes hours or they forget sauces, or mess up the order ect. and from now on I'll just stick with ledos. I ordered both pizzas with extra cheese, but instead they skimped and hardly put any at all on either of them. One was bad enough I requested a remake and somehow they made it even worse than the first time so I'm not ordering here anymore.

Took 2 hours for our pizza. It was cold and so much grease soaked through the boxes they couldn't hold the pizza anymore. We will NEVER tip ahead of time again!

It’s the dinner time you go and pick the pizza home and you get burnt pizza. When called offered to remake the pizza but asked to get the burnt pizza back . This is all at 10 pm to 10:30 pm on Friday night . The answer I got is Dominos trained them like this. What a customer service.
