Domino's Pizza - NEW MARKET

I received the wrong order and when I called the restaurant, the manager said he would send the driver back. The driver arrived and informed me that the restaurant had made the mistake. He said he would have them prepare a new order, but that never happened.

The pizza lacked both cheese and sauce, and the chicken bacon ranch sub came without ranch. The only highlight from my order was the lava cakes. It's been a while since I had Domino's, and this experience reminded me why I hadn't returned.

I ordered two pizzas and some bread twists for delivery. After waiting 35 minutes past the expected delivery time, I called to check on my order. The manager informed me that they could see my order, but it was mostly deleted, and no effort had been made to prepare it. Very disappointing service.

This has been pizza place for the last couple of years. If you are a vegetarian then make sure that your order was prepared correctly before leaving the store. In the last six months, we have had meat on our order twice.

This is the closest Domino?s to my home. Have ordered online several times. My order always states?well done? however each and every time the pizza is definitely not well done, frankly it?s more like barely cooked. What do I need to do to get a welldone, crispy crust pizza?
