Wendy's - New London

Way to much mayo on a sandwich I ordered without Mayo.

My items are either wrong or missing 90% of the time. they need to quality control what's going out the door.

The chili had 3 beans and no meat in it. It was very liquidly. The potato was not cooked properly. No cheese on chili. Very dissatified!!!

Great service when I get my grandchildren, I always go to them. everyone in this wendys is great. they always serve you with a great attitude that loves it there.

The kerl at the switch was friendly and very courteous. eating was hot, fresh and very good. we had just come from a nearby steakhouse where we were waiting to sit down, then we were told to the kitchen that we had to wait half an hour more to get our food as soon as we ordered we were on the way to a local event, so we decided to leave the steakhouse and go instead to wendy’s. so glad we made it! wendy’s was much less expensive, much less waiting, and it wasn’t crowded, dark and loud like the steakhouse. my man and I were able to speak and enjoy our food without rushing. we are so glad that we decided to leave the other place and stop in wendys. an all-round pleasant experience.
