Hardee’s - New London

Recently, the quality of the biscuits at this restaurant has declined and the prices have doubled. I would recommend trying Bojangles, as they have superior biscuits.

I can truly say I have seen the difference in overnight shift and the days shift.Them overnight people are super friendly and always let you know how much longer and sorry for any wait it is.i have never once had a complaint about them.They are always in a good mood,smiling and asking how you’re day is which I love that.I have been to Hardee’s once during the day they was super rude and didn’t even notice me up there for a little while .I 10/10 recommend the overnight people

I have been going here 3 years now. And though I’m never happy with how expensive it is, what’s not these days… I digress, 3 years ago it was good, better than Burger King, 2 years ago it was meh good, this year it had really tanked.Until now.Approximately December 25 2023 area I think, I had the BLT hand breaded chicken sandwich and the mushroom Swiss. They were shockingly delicious, really really delicious. Perfectly cooked, real hearty flavorful. Most flavorful and delicious ‘fast food’ burgers I can recollect.I know! I didn’t believe my own taste buds!Well now I’ve gone again one or two weeks later, same order, it’s my thing… again mushroom Swiss, hearty flavorful delicious. BLT, less so than last time but still miles better than it’s been, very tasty.I am very excited to finally have quick easy close not home food, that is also satisfying ?Whatever y’all are doing, keep doin that! ?

Elaura hope your name is spelled correctly ? You are the most amazingly kind Hardee 's employee I think I 've ever met. You need to be a manger. The other ls that were there in the morning the guys were nice but not as kind and welcoming as you were to my husband I. I really hope Hardees/ Loved sees your potential, since so many other employees around the country act like they they hate the world when you get to the counter.? Elaura is a kind employee!!! the restaurant was clean but we were in first thing in the morning and the hashbrowns were cold. My husband 's sausage egg sandwich was also cold and the English muffin had not even been through the toaster at all. My candied bacon egg sandwich was great. Elaura waited on us but it was the manger Ryan that checked our food and gave to us.... so Elaura would make a better manger in my opinion. She had enthusiasm and drive for getting things done.
