It was recommended to me as “home cooked food” and a little maw and paw place. Absolutely NOT the case. We tried several items and not a single thing was cooked at home quality. They use Chester's chicken and that's fuel station quality chicken. Potatoes are immediately and coarse. Gravy was definitely not fresh. Green beans had no season. Pizzateig tasted old with blandsoße. Toppings were economical. Iced tea was good, but it's hard to screw tea. Very disappointed with the food and the price. Sad I had a better meal in a hospital and this is institutional food.

Great selection of delicious food very cheap. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful place!

I ordered a medium lizard(gizzard&liver) and let me tell you, it’s not worth your money. I literally got four livers and 10 gizzards 7.50. I can buy a whole package of liver and gizzards for that price. But if you don’t want to cook at home. Go to Lees chicken in Newark, well worth the drive to get the amount of food you deserve at that price.
