The new rewards program is a nice bonus, although it requires points to redeem rewards. They also allow you to use the rewards card as a gift card for purchasing subs. Plus, I appreciate the new mobile app available for both Android and iPhone!
Fresh green sweet fruits, green apples, and carrots, along with smaller blueberries, create a delightful combination. However, I would appreciate it if you could offer fresh lemon wedges to add to the water or to squeeze over the salad!
I usually prefer this subway location, but on this particular day, the young lady who made my sandwich rushed me to choose what I wanted, even though there was no one behind me.
The two young girls working had short and ugly when they spoke and did not want to be there to many people looking for jobs right now to have people like that working
I placed an order through the app on December 26th. I received the notification that my order was ready as well as a notification from my bank that the charge for the order was pending. I went to Subway to pick up my order only to discover they were actually closed. I called the next day and I was told the charge would not go through since they were closed, but to call back in three days if it did go through. The charge did go through and I called back to speak to the manager, but I was told he wasn’t there and he would call me back. The manager never reached out to me and few days later I spoke with someone, whom I was later told is the owner, and he said he would contact headquarters to get my refund. A couple of days later I spoke with him again, but he said once again he would contact headquarters. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund or any type of communication from Subway. Also, I was told by employees at two different locations that this happened to other customers as well. This was definitley my last time going to Subway. There was nothing professional about the way this issue was handled.
