Subway - New Iberia

I enjoyed a 6-inch sub with Black Forest ham, and it was delicious! This Subway is conveniently located inside a gas station, so you can grab other essentials, including fuel.

This Subway location is truly the best! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the majority of the ingredients are always fresh. One aspect I really appreciate is how clean everything is, along with the attentiveness of the employees. This is the only Subway I visit, and I highly recommend it!

Garlic butter stuff was a bit strong and everything was a little burnt. Think it's the oven because it was just one end of the sandwhiches and one side of pizza. Also we were not asked if we wanted sandwhiches toasted or not.

I ordered a ham and cheese melt from this restaurant tonight. I finished the first half and felt full, so I saved the other half in a bowl for later. While doing so, I found a penny between the two layers of paper. I didn’t complain since it was tucked away, but that penny is definitely covered in germs. When I went to eat the second half, I ended up pulling a piece of plastic out of my mouth that was in my sandwich. I definitely won't be coming back to this location; they really need to improve their cleanliness standards in food preparation. If I had toasted my sandwich, I would have ended up eating melted plastic.

This Subway will never get our business again. The customer service was horrible. The employees were more interested in speaking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Then when they did finally get around to fixing our subs, they were extremely rude. There are many choices when it comes to breakfast sandwiches and we were given none of those options as well as there were very little veggies available.
