Smoothie King - New Iberia

They are extremely slow. The one in Lafayette has 10 times more traffic and they still get you in and out faster. The last two times I went my smoothie was nothing but ice get these guys some training on accuracy and time management. I’m in line now three cars in front of me and already been waiting 15 minutes ridiculous.

Waited 5 minutes at the window for them to tell me to pull around in the parking lot. Waited 5 more minutes, went inside and they didnt even start on my drinks. I was the only one there at the time

Jo wanna was VERYYYY RUDE we waited in line for 20 min at the speaker just to order n another 15—20 for her to give us our order! i suggest tropical smoothie

Smoothies over there are always good when I go.But the girls at the window and taking the orders are very short with there answers and not very friendly.I wouldnt say rude but theres no Thank you or have a nice day or anything like that.They just give you your smoothie and shut the window on you.That would be my only complaint and also having to tell them my order 3 times.So smoothies awesome friendliness to customer 1 out of 5.

There drinks are good they are fast at everything they are doing and a good location
