Ruby Tuesday - New Iberia

It was really amazing. the banging garnels were the best ever eaten! the waitress was so sweet and fast! can't go back w8!

Can not rate food or cleanliness, service was so bad we didn 't even get seated! Absolutely the worst!!! No greeter, went to bar for take out, sent is to front register. No one there. We were looking at a menu when some guy wandered up and said hi. Told him e wanted to order takenuot, said go to bar. We told him we went to bar she sent us back to register. She yelled over Tell them when they are ready to come back , like we weren 't standing right there! Service is an unknown quantity at this Ruby Tuesday. I now understand why so many have closed.

We are in town visiting family. The food came 3 plates at a time. Then it took 30 minutes to get the next three plates. The final 3 plates came at 9 pm. The food was cold the plates were hot. It took an hour for a manager to come to the table. She stated that she was coming to see what she needed to remove from the ticket. What she removed was the meal that was refused, because the food wasn’t right. She didn’t apologize about the service and she didn’t address the issues about cold food or missing food items. Worst dinner experience ever.

We ate here after a long day of construction work. janice g. was amazing. our steaks were slightly overcooked, but still amazingly delicious. we let them know when she asked how our food was, we still smuggle our steaks. she went beyond and beyond our expectations, left our steaks back to perfection, without additional costs, although we're actually complaining. I'm doing this place very well. the personal here is perfectly matched to customer satisfaction. very recommended! perfect!

Everything was awesome and fresh. the service was excellent. the salatbar has an amazing selection of salat and toppings. I had the slides. so delicious. perfect size. they get 3 in a sequence., our food was perfectly prepared. if you're not gone. it is worth going.
