Pizza Hut - New Iberia

The service was very friendly. I ordered two pizzas, but one of them was undercooked. We ended up having to cook it ourselves. I arrived early, and it seemed like they rushed the order because I had to wait. However, I would have preferred to wait a bit longer for a properly cooked pizza.

The pizza is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I really love the pizza hats!

I placed an order online was told 35-45 min wait almost 2 hours later no food or notification of the load itself is not calling and I have to go through business to try a refund of most ratchet and pathetic experience I had ever had with pizza hut

I wish I could rate negative 1,000,000. This store is literally the worst. The employees are especially rude. This place should be shut down. I 've had the worst experience when I went to pick up my order and THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience with ordering it online for delivery. They intentionally place the tracker as making the order for over an hour then hung up on me four times when I tried calling about only picking up to say We closed. Unprofessional is an understatement when in reference to this restaurant and it 's employees.
