If I could rate 0 stars, I would! we went to eat pedros not long ago, my daughter ordered a burrito, we ordered our when we ate it, found my daughter a gum in her eating spirit they didn't know how to chew chewing gum or we didn't chewing gum when we came in because we knew we wanted to eat. he called the manager and told us that chewing gum is forbidden in the kitchen, now the waitress that brought our food from was chewing gum! my child would have gotten something! I will never go there again! now I am paranoid to go back to eat in restaurants as a family because I now review my children's food!

The service was terrible! they served me a water down margarita and when I said something the waiter took it back and brought me another, the same!, and added sugar to it. I said something to the waiter and he took it back and brought me a lousy margarita. I didn't say anything. they can not make margaritas and besides them to taste good when they sit. then eating, my friend didn't get any meat on her and mine was cold, so she said something that was eaten was taken back and then the waiter brought me something else, it was terrible. the waiter was terrible. he never checked us. then he accused me for the first margarita and I said something, and he said we had to waste 2 margaritas therefore I was charged for the more expensive. I think that was wrong, I just wanted to get out of it. I'll never go back.

Do not come here if you want good customer service. Me and my friend were so eager to finally try the food we’ve heard it was good. We sat at the table for 15 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged! Workers passing us up and looking at us like we didn’t belong there. What really took the cake was the couple that walked in after us had drinks and chips and salsa at their table as we were walking out. I do not recommend this facility to anyone dining in. I honestly felt racially profiled but as I read other reviews it’s just their lack of professionalism and hospitality.

Would have rated 5 but don't like how they crowd all customers tightly around each other. Can you say Covid distancing. HELLO!

I absolutely love the food at Pedro's. The service is outstanding.
