Fit And Fresh Meals - New Iberia

I purchased the lo mein meal and it was delicious. This will be my go to place for healthy meals, can’t wait to try the other meals. The staff was also nice and down to earth.

Every meal I have had in the last month has been amazing. All the breakfast and lunch options have been fresh with the perfect amount of seasoning. Everything is calculated so it makes watching calories so simple. I highly recommend trying them!!
