Starbucks - New Hyde Park

Cashier was ok at receiving the order. The Barista guy who made my mocha cookie crumble frappe didn?t care to mix the drink in steps and just threw everything into the blender with barely any cookie crumble or whipped cream and the balance of coffee and mocha was off, the Starbucks on 96st and Madison Ave rocks, New Hyde park step your service up. I felt like I just wasted $7 bucks now and I was craving this drink.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant after visiting many times. They shut down mobile ordering for two consecutive days, and on top of that, they got my order wrong. Instead of preparing drinks for customers, the staff just spent their time chatting. Overall, I'm really let down.

I've recently started visiting this Starbucks, and my order is really straightforward. The first time they got it wrong, I was understanding since I've worked in the food industry for six years—I know mistakes happen. The second time was also fine; I shrugged it off. However, this week was my third visit, and once again, they didn't ring up my order correctly. It's becoming quite frustrating. Having worked at Starbucks for three years myself, I know how simple it is to input "2 pumps of sugar-free vanilla," yet every time, they don’t seem to listen, and I watch them make it incorrectly. As a customer, I'm dissatisfied because it feels like they're not paying attention. It's just a small effort that should be standard for employees. Three wrong orders in one week is quite disappointing.

The coffee here is excellent, and the baristas are consistently helpful and friendly. The main drawback of this place is its location. It's the only store remaining in a mostly empty strip mall, and parking can be quite challenging. This is likely due to its position at the intersection of two very busy roads.
