Novella’s Pizza - New Hudson

I love this pizza! I had no delicious pizza like these ever... the ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality. The crust is crunchy and thin, which leaves more space for the whole goodness above! I would pay the price for pizza at Novella at any time via dough and greasy divers from other pizza places. Thanks for the treat tonight!

Amazing!!! Best pizza sauce, super fresh food and the meatballs are dying!! I also tried the garlic knots and Novellas Supreme and it was great! We really needed a place that had great fresh food in the area!!!

Finally! This place is amazing. Great staff and great menu. Most foods are incredible. It is obvious many thoughts went into any pizza. Just go!

Today was our first time trying Novella and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the pizza was delicious. We tried the Hawaiian and Back-alley BBQ pizzas, and both were fantastic. We went for lunch and the lunch specials were outstanding. Whether you're looking for a great lunch spot or a place for your Friday night pizza fix, Novella is the place to go. We can't wait to go back!

The owner was present and personally made my pizza. It was not your typical pizza, which was a positive surprise. The use of high-quality, fresh ingredients, delicious sauce, and creative menu options set this place apart. I highly recommend supporting your neighborhood pizzeria, or else it's back to bland corporate chains for you!
