Skeena Bakery - New Hazelton

We made a quick pit stop at Skeena Bakery during our drive to and from Prince George.

If you are only looking to purchase bread, then this review is not suitable! This establishment is a bakery, after all. Please excuse me as I leave in order to review more motels!

New Hazelton was a quick overnight stop for us, so having this bakery close to our motel to grab some treats from in the morning before continuing on our road trip was nice. Everything smelled and looked amazing it was difficult to restrain ourselves from taking a couple of everything! We really enjoyed the ginger molasses cookies, but also had several of the scones (cranberry, chocolate chip and raisin) which were also very yummy!

Not only did this backery smell amazing when we walked in, the atmosphere of patience and caring was evident. Yummy scones, and bread. Highly recommend supporting this local business.

This is a not for profit business that gives back to the community in many ways and their baking is delicious. Best scones ever!
