Skappo - New Haven

If you don't mind sticky table tops, slow service, small portions, and tasteless carbonara, then this is the restaurant for you. However, if you're looking for a better dining experience, I recommend trying one of the many excellent Italian restaurants in the Wooster Square area instead. I am baffled by how this restaurant received a rating of 4.9 in their reviews.

I have visited this restaurant twice, once last week and once in 2012. Both experiences were exceptional and unforgettable. The dishes are hearty, flavorful, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious.

The quattro fromaggi was absolutely delicious! Loved everything about Skappo!
